Deputy Chief Leo has been instrumental to the success of the Lakeview Fire District. Serving as the district's second Chief Officer, first Assistant Chief (Administrative Support), and first Deputy Chief, Leo is the pennacle of what success in LKFD looks like. As AC (Adm), Leo build the foundations for FTO, IAO, and the department as a whole. As Deputy Chief, Leo has dedicated himself to the District nearly to the point of exhaustion. 

After the change in the Chiefs Board, Deputy Chief, Smily606 has stepped up alongside with me to help rebuild the department, and to get it back on track. He has shown an excellent amount of leadership, work ethic, and has consistently provided great results. Without him, we would be way behind then we are currently. And he has always shown to want to put in the effort for the good of the Department. Because of him, he has helped the AC (adm) tremendously, and has given some very great ideas, some of which he has even implemented. Overall, he has done a tremendous amount of work for LCFR. 

Server management has been incredibly influential in the success of the Lakeview Fire District, and is awarded the Fire Chief's Recognition medal in light of their support to this organization.

AC Red preformed far above standards as the second-ever Assistant Chief (Administrative Support). Red build FTO as the first ever FTO Captain, oversaw the creation of IAO, and oversaw the creation of the Standards & Training Battalion.

This members of the Fire Marshal's Office & Special Operations Battalion was severely criticized when the previous Fire Marshal's Training (FMT) fell far below the expectations of the district. Despite receiving a very harsh critique, the office rallied together and created a training that the District can be proud of in a very short timespan.

DC Red assisted greatly in the creation of LCFR (Whitelisted), and serves as it's first ever Deputy Chief. In the creation of LCFR, Fire Chief GerdGenesis was absent due to IRL constraints, and Deputy Chief Red built the entire department as it's sole Fire Officer.

Lieutenant 10kKadeyz recently received notification of an action that he strongly disagreed with. After reviewing our district policies, 10k discovered that the action was indeed wrong, and disputed the measure. Despite multiple high-ranking officers wrongly telling him that he was wrong, 10k stood for his beliefs and escalated the matter properly, following the Chain of Command, remaining respectfully the entire time. 10k is an example of how we wish every officer would handle disputes in this district.

Captain Icecream has done an outstanding job within FTO, when he was a Lieutenant he already caught my eye, but when he became the Captain, that's when I really saw his worth He has brought FTO back to it's prime, and FTO's activity is doing alot better. Ontop of this, he has personally ensured that his subordinates keep up the trainings, and that his 2 TLT's pass their trial phase, he is by far one of the best Captains we have, this has resulted in FTO contributing to the District as a whole. I wholeheartedly believe he deserves this award. 

Firefighter, and Trial Lieutenant, Invictus3518 was concerned when he reviewed an announcement from the Commissioner that he believed would detriment patient care. Instead of being afraid of the high rank I hold, and keeping his concerns to himself, he participated in a cordial, respectful, and meaningful debate with the Commissioner ultimately addressing his concerns, leading to meaningful change in the announcement, and performing as a credit to himself and his organization.
